Yes this kit https://www.eastlakeaxle.com/ez-go/ra... comes with the bearings, seals and snap rings.

Do you have the bearing and rings which go with these axles? E-Z-Go Rear Axle Set Assembly Kit Electric / Gas 2 Cycle
The old axle came apart. None of the snap Rings or bearings can be reused
