Yes these are the correct axles and wheel bearings for your 2019 Polaris Ranger 500 4X4.
The compressed length is 24.75 inches end to end.
The inboard spline has 22 teeth and the outboard has 20 teeth. I don't have the diameter handy right now but can get it if you still need it. Please let me know.
