Are you using Polaris Demand Drive Fluid? Have you done the break in procedure? Try changing the oil. Polaris also suggests in their manual to go in reverse for 10 - 20 ft to release 4wd. If it still gets stuck after doing this, then call us at 813-814-2521 to process a warranty.
