East Lake Axle processes orders Monday through Friday during regular business hours, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. In-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same business day; orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. Tracking is emailed once the order is picked up by the carrier, and most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. East Lake Axle offers free standard shipping on all axles and axle sets within the Continental United States and also ships internationally with some exceptions. International customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs fees, or other import charges.
