East Lake Axle allows customers to request a return within 30 days of the shipment date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging when possible. All returns must be authorized in advance and issued a return authorization number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective. Once a return is received and inspected, processing may take up to 48 hours, and refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically appearing within 5–7 business days, depending on the financial institution. Installed, used, damaged, modified, or incomplete items may not be eligible for a refund.
